It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell D. Lambries of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, born in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lambries and Margaret Lambries (Krause); his grandchildren, Cheyenne and Zeth; and his siblings, Dougie Scheff, Lester Lambries and Rose Scheff.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lambries; his children, Becky Lambries-Connor of Bellevue, NE, Beth Hron of Arizona, Lester Lambries of Plattsmouth, NE and Scott Lambries (Cindy) of North Pole, AK; and his stepchildren, Steven Headley (Chris) of Omaha, NE, Michael Headley (Becky) of Beaver Lake, NE, Pamela Wayne (Troy) of Las Vegas, NV and Patty Peters of Plattsmouth, NE.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Nebraska Humane Society.
