He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin M. Dooley and Ruth Mary Dooley (Shipley); and his brother Marion Dooley. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lee Billings; his children, John Dooley of Prospect, TX, Steve Dooley (Karin) of Casper, WY, Kenneth Dooley (Melanie) of Fort Worth, TX and Charlotte Thomas of Pollock Pines, CA; and his siblings, Myron Dooley (Carolyn) of Florida and Mildred McGill of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
