We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2024, at the age of 94, Marjorie Ann Payton of Plattsmouth, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Marjorie Ann farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Marjorie Ann is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Jensen and Margaret V. Jensen (McArdle); her husband Harold Payton; her siblings, Robert Jensen, Gladys Doll, John Jensen and Betty Jensen; her daughter Sandra Balkovec; and her great grandchildren, Merzedes Hart and Jayla Tighe.
She is survived by: her sons, Eric "Rick" Payton (Jane) of Plattsmouth, NE and Thomas "Tom" Payton of Malmo, NE. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
