She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Johnson and Josephine Johnson (Heize); her spouse Jarold Lee Smith; her son Jay Dee; her grandson Joshua Smith (Wilber Johnson); and her sisters, Alice Griffin and Patricia Cozad.
She is survived by: her children, Greg and Dana; her grandchildren, Dalton Burnett, Amber Heppner (Alex), Brittany Webb (Robert), Carlie Smith, Madison Burnett and Marissa Burnett; and her siblings, Harold Corky Johnson, Esther Headley and Glenda Stephen.
