With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Joan Carstens of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on April 2, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zych and Hilda Zych; her son Skip Martin; her grandson Clint; and her siblings, Bob Zych and Joann Harlow.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Carstens of Plattsmouth, NE; her children, Gina Bennett (Adam Chambers) of Glenwood, IA, Steve Martin of Omaha, NE and Roger Carstens, Jr. of Florida; her son-in-law Steve "Okie" Bennett; her grandchildren, Brittney McCarthy (Stephen), Brandi Bennett (Alex Geisler), Joey, Amber, Christopher Martin, Felicia Martin, Victoria, John, Alicia Carstens, Isabelle and Elizabeth Carstens; her great grandchildren, Stephen and Rory McCarthy; and her siblings, Janet Baker of Omaha, NE and Jim Zych of Omaha, NE.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
