He is survived by: his wife Carol Ryals of Bellevue, NE; his children, Cheryl Rizk (Joseph) of Naples, FL, Kathie Jump of Springfield, MO, Cindy Mefford (Brian) of Gretna, NE and Michael Hanks of Pittsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Reznak, Joseph Rizk Jr., Devon Rizk, Tyler Hanks (Sydney), Bradley Jump, Allie LeVeille, Nicholas Mefford and Michael Mefford; and his great grandchildren, Braden Hanks and Paisley Hanks.
