He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Blevins and Ruth Blevins (Beers); his former wife Linda; his son Jack; his siblings, Virginia Blevins, Bob Blevins, Gerald Blevins, Betty Chapman, Rosemary Ringer, Floyd Blevins and Donald Blevins; and his stepson Scott Schreiner.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Blevins; his daughter Lori Milan (Dan); his daughter-in-law Darla Blevins; his stepchildren, Ricky Schreiner (Heidi), Randy Schreiner (Pam), Cherie Welter (John), Jeff Schreiner (Angie) and David Schreiner (Belinda); his grandchildren, Bridget McCarthy (Dean), Brandy Wedekind (Zach), Justin Schram (Jenna), Tyler Blevins (Kelly), Hannah Lehr (Taylor) and Nolan Blevins; his caregiver Linda Okey; and his siblings, Barb Helms, Jim Blevins, Bruce Blevins and Raymond Blevins. He is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 6 step-great-grandchildren.
