We bid farewell to Floella Evers of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 24, 2024 at the age of 98. Floella touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover C. Scherff and Effie A. Scherff (Fowler); her husband Ray; her daughter Nancy; her siblings, Louis, Lois, Norma, James, Laura and Mae; and her son-in-law Howard Schoech.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Spangler (Richard) of Kansas City, Janet Schoech of Plattsmouth and Diane Peitzmeier (Joe) of Omaha; her grandchildren, Leigh Anne Kreykes (Ryan) of Cedar Creek, Nancy McEvoy (Pete) of Bennington, Maggie Donnahoo (Dan) of Oakdale and Raymond Peitzmeier (Kendra) of Bennington; and her great grandchildren, Grace Kreykes of Cedar Creek, Henry and Ella McEvoy of Bennington.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Nebraska Masonic Home or the Alzheimer's Association.
