He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Joseph Kocanda and Anna Agnes Kocanda (Grisnick); his wife Mary Lou; his children, Ed and Pat; his grandson Ryan Heineman; and his siblings, Dorothy Johnson, Jerry, Frank, Eddie and Mary Ellen Flott.
He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Heineman (Mic) and Cheryl Prine (Chris); his grandchildren, Christian and Charleigh; his children, Greg Heinman, Nicole Allison (Drew), Olivia and Delyanie; his granddaughter Ryan Heineman; his daughter Jeanne Miller; his grandchild TJ Miller; his children, Mike Kocanda, Bill Kocanda, Katie Kocanda, Ann McAndrews (Steve) and Jeremy McAndrews (Amanda); his grandchildren, Makenna and Blake; his daughter Stephanie Madej (Marcus); his grandchildren, Peyton, Ava and Ruby; his sons, Paul Kocanda (Audra) and Bryan Kocanda (Nicole); his grandson Lincoln; his children, Camryn Mortrude and Abby Plefeuger (Aaron); his grandchildren, Kash, Cooper Weston and Hollynn; and his siblings, Rita Svagera (Eugene) and Bob Kocanda (Berni). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
