She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold C. Smith and Gloria M. Jennings Smith; and her brother William A. "Bill" McCulloch. She is survived by: her former husband Harry Collins; her children, Christine Collins and Michael Collins; her husband William McCulloch; and her stepdaughters, Jan Bresnahan, Cindy Daly and Beth Shanahan. She is also survived by friends, her children, step-daughters.
