Covert Sr. of Plattsmouth, NE; his son Charlies Daniel Covert of Plattsmouth, NE; his sisters, Denise Covert-Zych (Stan) of Plattsmouth, NE, Julie Lunn (Tregg) of Lincoln, NE and Jennifer Jensen (Shane) of Plattsmouth, NE; and his nieces, Maggie Rose Lunn, Erika Jensen and Alexis Jensen. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
