He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sr. Iola and Margaret Iola (Nahrstedt); and his children, Susan Webster and Michael Ofe (Jayne Gorton Ofe). He is survived by: his children, Margaret "Missy" Fleck (Larry) of Tecumseh, NE, Tom Ofe (Pam) and Donald Jay "D. J." Ofe; his daughter-in-law Stacy Ofe (Schreiber); his grandchildren, Sarah, Andy (Jen), Chris (Rosie), Liz, Grant, Nate (Caroline), Clare (Jeff), Kyle (HaiLee) and Tanner; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Lawlor and Linda Gorton. He is also survived by many great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
The Family suggests memorials to St. Lukes Episcopal Church in Plattsmouth.
