She is survived by: her significant other Don Hazlett; her brother James Countryman (Roxanne); her children, David Hazlett (Crystel), Debra and Michael Cook; her grandchildren, Derrick Hazlett (Savannah), Hayley Hazlett, Mikayla Cook and Alexa Reynolds; and her great grandchildren, Melody Hazlett, Callum Hazlett and Millicent Egee.
