He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Paro and Minnie Paro (Doberstein); his wife Sheila E. Whyte; and his siblings, George, Frank, Robert and Bonnie Kutschkau.
He is survived by: his caregiver Fonner Park; his children, Linda Hovey (Terry) of Plattsmouth, NE, Jim Paro (Marjorie) of Longmont, CO, Bob Paro (Monie) of Omaha, NE and Chuck Paro (Tammy) of Greenwood, IN.; his grandchildren, Jenny Fullerton (Dan), T. J. Hovey (Brandy), Randy Paro (Angela), Sam Paro, Tina Paro (Lee), Tammi Lybarger (Tim), Vanessa Hunnel, Tristan Paro (Kyla), Jacob Murphy (Lexa), Jered Murphy and Tyler Paro; and his great grandchildren, Logan (Keely), Crosby, Randy Jr., Manual, Kirya, Benjamin, Angelica, Lil Lee, Collin and Cameron.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery (1712 Horning Rd, Plattsmouth, NE 68048).
The family suggests memorials be directed to the Arbor Day Foundation.
