She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rowher and Doris Rowher (Gruelke); her husbands, James Downey and Josef Halkiu; and her brother Kevin.
She is survived by: her children, James Downey (Danielle) of Fremont, NE, Nora Brand (Daniel Dietl) of Fairbury, NE, Robert Downey (Amanda) of Fremont, NE and Savannah Boomgaarn (Ron) of Fairbury, NE; her grandchildren, Beth, Alexis, Riley, Hunter, Dylan, Kaitlynn, Kelsey, Tyler, Tiffanie, Cartman, Carsen, Wyatt, Bentley and Emmersen; and her great grandchildren, Weston and Karma. She is also survived by 6 sisters and 2 brothers, many nieces and nephews.
