He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fredlick and Helen Fredlick; and his sister Olga Bohaty. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Pam Berkel (Steve), Dave Fredlick (Joan) and Mark Fredlick; and his grandchildren, Nathan Berkel, Jordan Berkel and Emelia Fredlick.
