He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Schumacher and Margaret Schumacher (Bender); his siblings, LeRoy, Carl, Lorraine and Ramona; and his sister-in-law Alvina Schumacher.
He is survived by: his wife Alma; his children, Mick, Bobbi Weiss (Tim), Connie Novak (Gary) and Cindy Robinson (Phil); his brother Matt (Thelma); and his sister-in-law Bonnie Schumacher. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Danny Thomas Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
