He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Arvid Thompson and Don Sr. Olsufka; and his uncle Dean Thompson. He is survived by: his parents, Dave Olsufka and Diana Olsufka (Thompson); his wife Beth Greisen; his children, Elijah, Olivia and Ellorie; his siblings, Rachel Pensick (Bobby), Kylie Sedlacek (Eric), Eric Olsufka (Kim) and Emily Ridgeway (Nick); and his grandfather Bud Tate (Rita). He is also survived by son Many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
