With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert Lingenfelter of Plainview, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Robert left this world on January 29, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Lingenfelter and Raymond Lingenfelter (Mike); his father-in-law Dr. Leonard Navrat; his sister Beth Lingenfelter; his nephew Andrew Lingenfelter; and his granddaughter Isabella Goforth.

He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Newton (Megan), Rachel (Austin Goforth), Harrison (Stephanie) and Jacob (Emily Pelster); and his brothers, Bruce, Brian and Burt Lingenfelter (Burt).

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Congregational Church (405 W Park Ave, Plainview, NE 68769). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Congregational United Church of Christ (405 W Park Ave, Plainview, NE 68769).
