He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Duncan and Ruth Duncan (Meeske); and his siblings, Gary Duncan, Darlene Duncan, Dale Duncan, Rosemary Duncan and Dell Rae Duncan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bob (Carol Duncan), Roger (Karen Duncan), Mary Frerichs of Pilger, NE, Nancy (Marvin Beutler) and Vern Duncan of Battle Creek, NE. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Cooper Family Community Center (100 W 2nd St, Pilger, NE 68768). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at the same location.
