Florence Carson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2020, at the age of 91, Florence Carson of Pilger, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roenfeldt and Margaret Roenfeldt (Splitgerber); her husband Keith R. Carson; her siblings, Emil, Fritz, Orville Roenfeldt, Marie Wendt (Wayne), Mable Hartman (Alvin), Hilda Remm (Norman) and Esther Sydow (Leonard); and her brothers-in-law, Henry Stuthman, Norman Lehman and Ken Carson.

She is survived by: her sons, Terry Carson (Suzi) of Gretna, NE, Gary Carson (Pat) of Pilger, NE, Leland Carson (Laurie) of Laurel, NE and Tom Carson (Wende) of North Platte, NE; her grandchildren, Stephanie Carson, Aaron Carson (Melanie), Kelli Carson (Mark), Scott Carson (Hiliary), Jeremy Carson (Carrie), Jill Carson (Jackson), Julie Nielsen (Scott), Ben Carson, Jacque Giese (Michael), Katie Andersen (Bryce) and Michelle Carson; her siblings, Sally Stuthman, Lavern Tillie Lehman, Walt Roenfeldt (Janet), Lois Jech (Keith), Lawrence Roenfeldt (Caroline), Dorothy Anders (Dallas) and Clara Severa (Dennis); and her siblings-in-law, Rita Roenfeldt, Joan Carson and Warren Carson (Nancy). She is also survived by 21 Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be directed to the Cooper Family Community Center in Pilger, NE.
