He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Cochran and Maria Cochran (Matko). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Allen; his children, DJ Barnes of Plainview, Jesse Cochran of Madison, Elizabeth Santillan (Guillermo) of Sioux Falls, SD, Lajoya Cochran of Pierce, Julian Cochran (Rheanna) of Humphrey and Becky Cochran (Michael Wiedenfeld) of Bloomfield; and his siblings, Erich Cochran, Robert Cochran and Barbara Sue Cochran. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
