She was predeceased by: her husband George Desilets; her parents, Joseph Deschenes and Yvette LeClaire Deschenes; and her daughter-in-law LuAnn Desilets. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Desilets of San Antonio, Dennis Desilets of Tampa and Mark Desilets (Evelyn) of Pickrell, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Sherri Perals, Linda Clark (CK), Matthew Desilets (Christina), Jason Desilets (Joni), Naomi Reary (Gavin) and Christina Vivito (Bronson); and her brother Roland Deschenes (Muriel). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
