We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Gary L. Ideus of Pickrell, Nebraska, born in Beatrice, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Ideus and Lenora Ehmen Ideus; his parents-in-law, William and Elizabeth Jurgens; his siblings-in-law, Delores Baehr and Richard Buss; and his nephew Dean Baehr.
He is survived by: his wife Caroline Jurgens; his children, Laurie Leners of Beatrice and Craig Ideus (Jessica) of Filley; his grandchildren, Kyle Leners (Heidi McClintock), Carley, Chelsea Leners, Graydon Day, Brogan, Bryleigh, McKenzleigh and Chesleigh Ideus; his great grandchild Beau McClintock; his siblings, Robert Ideus (Linda) of Filley and Connie Spilker (David) of DeWitt; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Trauernicht (Wayne) of Beatrice, Ruth Buss of Sterling and Arnold Baehr of Blue Springs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
The body will lie in state at the Fox Funeral Home on Sunday from 10:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. and the family will greet relatives and friends from 5:30 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. A memorial has been established to the family for future designation with Roger and Trudy Wattier in charge.
