She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Lash and Edith Lash (Olson). She is survived by: her husband Wendell Perry of Phillips; her brother Jeff Lash (Dottie) of Ozark, Missouri; and her nephews, Kyle Lash (Lindsey) of Morse Bluff and Levi Lash (Jenna) of Round Rock. She is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
