He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stokes and Marcella Stokes (Luettel); his parents-in-law, Sal and Kristine Henn; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Henn and Norman Henn.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna Henn; his sons, Russell Stokes (Evelyn) of Petersburg, NE and Gary Stokes (Carisa) of Petersburg, NE; his grandchildren, Wesley Stokes (Jenna), Anita Murphy (Tommy), Trevor Stokes (Chloe), Danielle Stokes, Talan Stokes, Shaelynn Stokes and Mason Stokes; his great grandchildren, Remi Stokes and Tucker Murphy; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aubrey Nygren, Mariah Murphy, Patrick Murphy, Jaylynn Murphy and Mollie Murphy; his sister Marilyn Ketteler (Henry); his parents-in-law, Duane Henn (Marguerite), Gerry Henn (Kaye), Marilyn Schrad (Dave), Shirley Stuhr (Vet), Beverly Seier (Mike) and Jody Daniels (Les); and his sisters-in-law, Vickie Henn and Teri Henn Schmitz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
