He was predeceased by: his parents, John Michael and Stella Catherine O'Cilka (Wilk). He is survived by: his brother John of Valencia, PA; and his children, John S. O'Cilka (Lisa) of Rapid City, SD, Jennifer Lyn Kalvelage (Tim) of Hastings and Jason James O'Cilka (Tonja). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project.
