He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perlinger and Anna Perlinger (Neuberger); his son Tim; and his siblings, Johnny, Fred, Bernard, Larry, Phyllis, Helen and Pauline.
He is survived by: his former wife Emma Welch; his wife Pat Isley of Paxton; his children, Sunnee (Herb Davison), James (Ashia Perlinger Jr.), Bob (Paige Perlinger), Randy Perlinger of Paxton and Chad (Tania Perlinger); his stepdaughters, Lisa Baltzell (JD) of Paxton and Kendra Jay (Travis) of Paxton; and his sisters, Jeanne Krab (Gene) and Stella Brabham (Joe) of Paxton. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in Jim's memory for later designation.
