He is survived by: his sister Oldia Saxton; his daughters, Melanie Saxton and Penny Saxton of Ogallala; his grandchildren, Kassie, Brittany, Shianne, Tessa, Drake, Tebrianna, Ocean, Damien, Marcos and Ramiro; and his great grandchild Kylie. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; along with many other relatives and friends.

A memorial has been established in Chuck's memory for later designation.
