He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVern Parks and Luella Parks (Hoffman); his parents-in-law, Charles and Marie Habegger; his sister Margene Parks; his siblings-in-law, Gary and Marceille Habegger; and his son Jeffrey Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Patty of Basehor, KS; his daughter Deborah Rossmeier (Roger) of Lynch, NE; his daughter-in-law Kay Parks of Basehor, KS; his grandchildren, McKenna Rossmeier of Tyndall, SD, Madison Bathke (Jacob) of Niobrara, NE and Kyle Fenway Parks (Dani) of Arden, NC; his brother Joel Parks (Kathy) of Fremont, NE; his brother-in-law Ronald Habegger (Judy) of Pawnee City, NE; his niece Alisha Parks of Chicago, IL; and his nephews, Ehren Parks of Fremont, NE, Larry Habegger (Deb), Mike Habegger (Juli), Chuck Habegger of Pawnee City and Scott Habegger of Leavenworth, KS. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Inurnment will be at the Pawnee City Cemetery, Pawnee City, Nebraska at 2:00 p.m. Memorials to family choice.
