Burt Dekoning Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Burt Dekoning (Pawnee City, Nebraska), who passed away on August 22, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius "Neal" and Margaret (Fleck) of Koning; and his brother Boyd. He is survived by: his former wife Gloria Davis; his daughters, Giselle Allen (John) of Alliance, NE and Mikala Toedtli (Jake) of Alliance, NE; his grandchildren, Ridge, Beckett, Crick and Eisley; and his brothers, Lynn (Cecelia) of Koning, Leon (Nelta) of Koning, Dean (Denise) of Koning, Dirk of Koning and Carl of Koning. He is also survived by many loving brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Memorials may go to the family's choice with plans to create a Community Garden in memory of Burt.
