She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Heinz and Amelia Heinz (Ladage); her husband Gerald L. Perkins; and her siblings, Elmer, Charles, Marvin, Leona, Wilma, Connie, Eileen, Velma and Janice.
She is survived by: her children, Gera Remmers (Michael), Lisa Wuethrich (Scott), Dana Tvrdy (Ralph) and Jana Gyhra (Joe); her grandchildren, Derek Remmers (Nicole), Ashley Johannes (Brian), Charissa Dageford (Brandon), Breanna Tvrdy, Mallory Tvrdy, Caetlen Gyhra, Aeden Gyhra and Samuel Gyhra; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Kellen Remmers, Adalyn and Brynn Johannes; and her brother Melvin Heinz (Doris). She is also survived by 11 children.
Masks and social distancing are required at service and visitation.
