It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Arthur Oaks (Papillion, Nebraska), born in Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Oaks and Wanda Oaks; his sister Irene Oaks; and his grandson Connor Gray. He is survived by: his wife Ronda Oaks (Francis); his daughter Tammy Struthers (Todd); his grandchildren, Paige and Cade; his daughter Sandy Gray (Randy); his grandchildren, Haydon and Atley; his daughter Bailey Sather (Louis); his grandchildren, Oliver and Amelia; his son Ryan Oaks (Rebecca); and his brothers, Robert and James Oaks.
