She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bose and Opal Bose (Fass). She is survived by: her husband Hubert L. Cappen; her children, Carrie Callahan (Butch) and Kevin Cappen (Beth); her grandchildren, Drew Callahan, Bri Forsberg (Mike), Shelbie Callahan, Halia Cappen and Jael Cappen; her great grandchildren, Everett Forsberg and Bennett Forsberg; her siblings, Mary Schechinger and Henry "Butch" Bose; her niece Melissa Steinle; her nephew Bob Schechinger; and her child Shirley. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren, country music and daily visits with her husband.
