She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley W. Westbrook; her parents, DeWitt Fowles and Rosa Bell Fowles; and her siblings, Louis Fowles (Arlene), May Rose Fowles, Grace Nootz, Alice Bureau (Guy) and Dorothy Hanthorn (Clifford).
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Westbrook (Carrie) and Jody Minske (Brandon); and her grandchildren, Amanda Janecek (Jacob), Baileigh, Cayleigh, Delsie, Emma Westbrook, Maya, Wesley Minske, Marleigh Janecek, Lilly and Sullivan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
