He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Micek; his parents, Creighton J. Micek and Sophie M. Micek; and his siblings, Eileen M. Micek and Creighton J. Micek, Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Rita Jacobson (Randy), Theresa Hinchey (Mike), Ann Frame and Bill Micek (Sharon); and his siblings, Joyce Olsen, Kenneth Micek (Mary), Mary Ann Nutsch, Gary Micek, Joseph Micek (Gail), Linda Sandquist (Doug), Kathleen Micek and Thomas Micek (Deb). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
