He is survived by: his mother Iva Duggins (Purkes); his former wife Georgene Pitsensenberger; his wife Jeanie Schrum; his children, Adam Duggins (Katie) of Olathe, Tammy Kadlec (Brian) of Bellevue and Maggie Duggins of Papillion, Nebraska; his granddaughters, Allison and Amelia; his aunts, Relda Purkes of Mountain Home and Loma Purkes of Jacksonville, Florida; and his siblings, Lynette Bloyd (Paul) of Beaumont, Sybil Perkins of Dallas, Donald Duggins (Debi) of Morris and Pat Duggins (Diane) of Channahon, Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
