He is survived by: his significant other Sandra; his children, Amy Gohr, Debbie Brewer (Bill) and Gary Kula; his grandchildren, Heather, Justine, Zach and Gabe; his siblings, Lois Machen and John Vampola (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Pat Veys (Don), Connie Middleton and Greg Middleton (Mary). He is also survived by 4 Great-Grandchildren.
