He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Anthony Foral, Sr. and Mary Ann Foral (Sullivan); his children, Mike, Pat and Colleen; and his grandsons, Landon and Everett.
A very special thank you to the staff at Papillion Manor, who did anything and everything for Rick to make him feel comfortable and at-home (especially amid the COVID-19 pandemic).
