We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2023, at the age of 57, Raymond Daniel Higgins in Papillion, Nebraska, born in Omaha, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Madeline Wagner. He is survived by: his pet Max; his wife Gail; his parents, Richard Higgins and Beverly Higgins; his sisters, Judi Dort (Steve) and Terri Hasiak (Jamie); his siblings-in-law, Linda Wagner and Norm "Bruce"; his niece Jessica Ohren; his nephew Daniel Ohren; his grandson Vincent Ohren; and his niece Brooke Fallas Quiros (Andres).

In Lieu of flowers memorials suggested to Papillion Chapter First Responders Foundation, Papillion Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. or Springfield Volunteer Fire Department.
