She was predeceased by: her husband A. E. Rudd; her parents, Blanche Sidener and Archie Sidener; and her sisters, Joyce Durkee and Jerry Brown.

She is survived by: her children, Phillip E. of Greensburg, KS, Barbara Knobel of Hutchinson, KS and Catherine Lewis of Omaha, NE; her grandchildren, Natalie Carrillo (Omero), Emily Mock (Anthony), Eric Sorens (Katie), Alex Sorens (Jane) and Ryan Sorens; and her great grandchildren, Ashleigh, Emie, Owen, Addy, Henry, Emma, Arrow, Michael and Emmett.
