With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marion Claire Kleyla (Papillion, Nebraska), born in Kansas City, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 17, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Marion Claire may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marion Claire touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Schmidt and Florence Schmidt. She is survived by: her sisters, Roberta J. Schmidt and Alyce Marie Brodersen; her grandson Daniel Cook; her children, Kimberly Huff (Dave), B. Michael Kleyla (Vickie), Karen Cook (Larry) and Mark Kleyla (Leslie); and also Jack. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
