He was predeceased by: his parents, John Longshore and Ann Longshore; and his siblings, Ann Mastin, Connie Wynn, Dennis and Thomas Longshore.

He is survived by: his wife Rita J. Longshore; and his siblings, Jack Longshore (Lucy), Margaret Jura (Frank) and Cindy Mann.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Family, American Kidney Foundation or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
