She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Clark and Henrietta Clark (Suellwold); her husbands, John Hoffman and Dean Goings; and her son James Hoffman.
She is survived by: her former husband Harold Goings; her son Jon (Sue Parrick-Hoffman); her stepchildren, Pam Thompson, Mike (Vicki Goings) and Dianna Ratzlow; her grandchildren, Carrie, Brooke, Barrett, Sean, Brittany, Marc, Tyson, Lucus, Brett, Alisha, Michelle, Becky and Stephanie; her brother Jack Clark; her nieces, Andrea, Lori and Cindy; and her daughters-in-law, Kathy Hoffman and Sandy Hoffman. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
