He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Samantha) and Mark; his stepchildren, Erik Thompson, Dawn Jankovich (Justin) and Jennifer Bigley (Shawn); his sisters, Liz LaFave (Dave), Anna Swope (Jim), Cathy Jonderko (Walt), Lou Biller (John) and Theresa Novak; and his grandchildren, Claire, Caleb, Cole, Jessie, Grace, Lena and Aria. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
