Jaroslaw is survived by: wife Julie A.; brother Gregory Prodywus Bookout (Jennie); nephew Michael Prodywus Rosenbaugh (Erin); niece Annie Aaron (Knape); aunts, Daria Blazauskas, Mary Garfield (Charlie) and Evonne Penny; uncle Mike Goszulak; and brother-in-law Michael O'Mara (Connie).
