He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dierks and Mary Dierks (DeSeive); his wife Ethelwyn June Dierks (Stuckey); and his siblings, Owen Dierks, Justin Dierks, Ethel Slaymaker and Amy Jones.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda; his grandson Michael; his son Michael Dierks (Laura) of Papillion, NE; his brother Hank Dierks (Mary) of Minneapolis; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Omaha, Lisa and Rachael.
