She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Reinhart Nass and Lela Azalea Nass (Delay); her son Dana Bracken; her husband Clyde Bracken; and her sister Donna Metzer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Bracken of Omaha, NE and Lisa Poole (Greg) of Plattsmouth, NE; her grandchildren, Heather Dosseh (Edem), Christina Hill, Gabrielle Fuentes and Anthony Poole; her great grandchildren, Desiree Davis, Dylan Hill, Malaki Fuentes, Adleigh Dosseh and Mackenzie Dosseh; and her sister Patricia O'Bryan (Leslie) of Deerfield Beach, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
The Family suggests Memorials to the Alzheimer's Association or First Lutheran Church.
