He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Paulsen and Lois Paulsen; and his brother Donald Paulsen. He is survived by: his children, Kim Neumann (Dave) of Fort Calhoun, NE and Steven Paulsen (Kelli) of Kimberly, ID.; his grandchildren, Ben Neumann (Shawna), Adam Neumann (Kristin), Tony Neumann, Jocelynn Neumann, Casey Bond, Sydney Paulsen, Carl Bond, Sadie Paulsen, Sophie Paulsen, Colter Bond and Sawyer Paulsen; his niece Sandy Scholwinski; and his great grandchildren, Waylon, Winnie, Willa, Henry, Lennix and Juniper.

I remember him coming to visit My Grandparents (Kenneth and Clarisa Stevens) w his hunting dogs in the 70s and coming to Lincoln to see Dad (Marvin Stevens) when he was at Bryan Memorial Hospital.
