He is survived by: his wife Barbara Durham; his daughters, Elizabeth Ruiz (Richard), Stephanie Deines (Scott) and Kathryn Boyce (Todd Grippin); his grandchildren, Jonathan Ruiz (Kelsie), Nathaniel Ruiz, Matthew Ruiz, Julia Boyce and Blakeley Boyce; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Cole Ruiz; and his siblings-in-law, Dwayne Munyon and Betty Olander.
